VALUE BUILDER “FAST TRACK” ENGAGEMENT

The Value Builder Fast Track is a 10-week advisor-led engagement designed to develop insight into the 8 drivers of company value.   Working with a Certified Value Builder Advisor, you will establish an initial estimate of value for your business, understand how to protect this value, and determine what areas of your business to focus on to attract the right buyer in the future. You will also understand what a potential buyer will look for when considering a purchase, and work towards securing a best-in-class multiple and highest future sale price.  Finally, you will gain a clear understanding of what your “second act” will look like and what resources will be available to fund your desired retirement lifestyle.

“FLY YOUR BUSINESS” EXIT MASTERY PROGRAM

If you are considering selling your business in the next 1-3 years or simply want to be ready when the time is right, this program is for you.  This 12-month mastery program works to identify your personal exit goals and timeline while ensuring that you can maximize the value of your business and ensure a successful retirement outcome.

The first step in the program is completing a full Enterprise Value Assessment, consisting of a personal, financial, and business assessment correlated to your business’s range of value. We will identify how ready your business is to transfer, how attractive it would be to a potential buyer, and what baseline value would be achievable if selling it today.

Next, we will identify the value enhancements you can utilize to increase your net profitability, drive a “best-in-class” industry multiple, and maximize the proceeds from an eventual business sale.  This is accomplished through a year-long Value Builder Engagement centered around 12 modules and advisor-led exercises, culminating with the delivery of a personalized Value Acceleration Action Plan.

In addition to working on your business readiness and value maximization, we will also work on your personal and financial readiness.  Working together, we will determine your unique lifestyle goals, risks, and blind spots and develop a securely funded “second-act” retirement income plan to ensure you can maintain your desired lifestyle for the rest of your life.
